Let Cole manage your Team Accountability

Add Cole to the group chat your team already uses on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, iMessage or Slack. When someone agrees to do something, anyone can tag Cole and ask it to remind the group at a set time: "@Cole remind us Friday at 4 that the stock count is due." On Telegram, tag @Cole_chief_of_staff_bot. Cole posts the reminder in the group, where everyone sees it. On WhatsApp, Cole can tag a member by name in its message.

Cole knows the people on your workspace's team list, with their names and roles, and uses that when you mention someone. You cannot add people to that list by telling Cole in the chat yet. In a group chat, Cole sees who is writing, so it can answer the person who asked.

Not on its own initiative. Cole does not record every promise made in a chat, and it does not chase people unprompted. It follows up when you ask it to: a one-time reminder, or a recurring message such as "every Monday at 9, ask the group for this week's priorities." Overdue tasks get one alert, sent privately to the person who created the task.

You can ask for one at any time: "what's overdue, what's due this week?" returns overdue tasks, tasks due today and in the next seven days, and recent activity. To get it every week, ask Cole to send it on a schedule. Assigning tasks to named people does not work reliably yet, so a summary shows tasks and dates rather than a per-person scorecard.

Everyone in the group sees what Cole posts there, like any member's messages. Cole replies when someone tags it or replies to one of its messages. On WhatsApp, LINE, iMessage and Slack, calling it by name works too; on Telegram, tag @Cole_chief_of_staff_bot. Each member's apps, such as their calendar, are their own: in a group that runs on an account you belong to, Cole can use yours and answer in the group; in a group on someone else's account, it takes your request to your private chat. When Cole moves a request to a private chat, it takes that request and its details along. Cole's notes from a group never show up in another group, though members who have written there can ask Cole about it in their own private chat.

Yes, so that Cole helps rather than floods the chat: at most three reminders or scheduled posts an hour in a group, at least 20 minutes apart. Phone calls need a paid plan. Every message Cole answers in the group uses credits from the account that pays for that group, and that account gets a warning in its private chat as the credits run low.

Save Cole's number as a contact, then add Cole to the group through Group info and Add members, the way you add anyone. Cole cannot join through an invite link, and if only admins may add members, ask a group admin. Then send a message in the group from the number connected to your account: Cole asks you once, privately, whether your account will pay for the group.

There is no fixed price per request: Cole uses credits from your plan based on the work involved. The Free plan gives you 150 credits once, with no card. Paid plans start at $19 a month with 2,000 credits.
