    How a call works

    1. Ask in your chat

Tell Cole who to call, the number and what you want to find out or arrange, in WhatsApp, LINE, Slack, Telegram, iMessage or email.

    2. Confirm

Cole confirms the number and the purpose with you before he dials.

    3. Cole calls

He greets the person by name, says why he is calling and has the conversation.

    4. Hear what they said

Ask Cole "how did the call go?" in the same chat and Cole tells you what the business said. The summary and the full transcript are also saved to Call History in your Pocodot account.

    Before you ask

    Where Cole can call

You can ask from anywhere, in your own language. Cole calls numbers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand today; for other countries Cole says so before anything is dialled.

    Paid plans only

Phone calls are a paid-plan feature and use credits from your plan. On the free plan Cole tells you a call needs an upgrade instead of dialling.

    Who sees the call

Each person sees the calls they asked for. The workspace owner sees every call and can let specific admins review them too.

    Requests that work well

    • "Call the bakery and ask what time they open on Sunday."
    • "Call two plumbers and ask each for a quote to fix a leaking tap. Don't book anything."
    • "Call the hotel, confirm my booking for Friday under my name and ask about late check-out."
    • "Call the clinic and ask for the earliest appointment next week. Do not book, just tell me the options."
    • "Call this shop and ask whether the 27-inch model is in stock and what it costs."
    • "Call the restaurant and book a table for four at 7 pm on Saturday."

Cole makes the request; the answer is the business's. Say what Cole may agree to and what he should only ask about. If something needs your decision, ask him to come back to you instead of deciding on the call.
