What is a Credit?

A credit is the universal unit that powers everything Cole does. Every action - from a quick chat to a voice call - uses credits. Your plan determines how many credits you get each month.

What happens if I run out of Credits?

On the Free plan, you receive 50 credits each month. On paid plans, you can instantly purchase a top-up pack from your billing page, or upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits. You'll always be notified before your balance hits zero.

Do you charge for failed runs?

No. If an action fails or doesn't complete, no credits are deducted.

Can I set a hard spending cap?

Two caps, both yours to set. Your plan has a built-in monthly credit limit that you only exceed by buying top-up packs, and we warn you before you run low. For purchases Cole makes with a stored card there is a separate monthly money cap (THB 20,000 by default, adjustable, with an optional per-payment limit) under Account > Config > Cards, and Cole only pays after you approve the exact total in chat.

Do Credits roll over?

On paid plans, unused credits carry over to the next billing cycle, capped at your plan's rollover limit (e.g. 2,000 for Pro, 5,000 for Max). Free plan credits are a one-time grant and do not roll over.

Can I buy extra Credits without upgrading?

Yes. Credit top-up packs can be purchased anytime on any paid plan. Free plan users need to upgrade to a paid plan first.

What's the difference between an agent and an integration?

An agent is an AI worker you hire from the Marketplace (like Cole, HAPA, etc.). An integration is a channel connection (WhatsApp, Slack, LINE, Telegram) that lets your agents communicate with you where you already are.

Can I pay annually and get invoicing?

How are credits different from a subscription?

Your subscription determines how many credits you receive each month and which features you can access. Credits are the currency you spend inside the platform - they're consumed automatically when you use any agent, make a call, or generate content.

Are credits refundable?

Unused credits from top-up packs are non-refundable, but credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
