Cole is your new Flights & Hotels expert

Yes. Tell Cole the route, dates and number of travellers and it searches live fares. For each option you get the airline, flight numbers, times, stops, fare type, checked bags where the airline states them, and the total price for everyone, in your currency. Cole sends up to six options at a time and can limit the search to nonstop flights, a cabin class, up to five airlines, or fares with a checked bag. Every option comes with a Google Flights link.

No. Flight search never books or holds a seat. Cole gives you the Google Flights link so you can check the fare and book it yourself. On a paid plan, in a private chat, you can ask Cole to go through a booking site in its own browser instead, and it stops for your approval before anything that spends money.

Yes. Ask for hotels in a city with your dates and number of guests (up to six adults). Cole returns up to five, cheapest per night first, with the star rating, review score, price per night and in total, room type, cancellation terms and whether breakfast is included. Hotel results do not come with a booking link, so book through the hotel or a site you trust.

For example: "Flights Bangkok to Tokyo, 15 to 22 March, two adults, nonstop, with a checked bag. Then four-star hotels near Shinjuku for the same nights." If you have a budget, say it: Cole uses it to choose from the results, though the search itself has no price limit setting. Cole can also convert prices between currencies, and send the shortlist as a web page that compares the options side by side.

Yes. Say "tell me if this fare goes below 500" and Cole sets a fare watch. It checks on its own, every six hours unless you ask for more often (at most once an hour), and messages you in the same chat when the fare meets your condition. A watch lasts seven days unless you ask for longer, up to 30 days. Each fare check uses 2 credits.

Flight and hotel search work in group chats too, so friends or a team planning a trip in WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or Slack can tag Cole and everyone sees the options. Booking through Cole's browser is the exception: that only runs in a private chat.

Up to nine adults and eight children for flights, and up to six adults for hotels. For a bigger group, split the search, for example by family. Prices for flights are the total for everyone you search for, so say exactly who is travelling.

Some results come from Google Flights, which does not say which fares include a checked bag. When bags matter, ask Cole for fares with a checked bag, and check the fare rules on the airline's site before you book.

Searching uses credits from your plan; there is no fixed price per search. The Free plan is chat only, with 150 one-time credits, and does not include Cole's browser or phone calls. Paid plans start at $19 a month with 2,000 credits.
