    Cole and Zoom

Cole does not join Zoom meetings for customers right now. With your Google or Microsoft calendar connected, Cole tells you when your next Zoom meeting is and reminds you before it starts. After the meeting, paste the notes or transcript into the chat and Cole sums them up and lists the follow-ups.

Try it: "When is my next Zoom call? Remind me ten minutes before."

    How Cole works with Zoom

    Check available actions

Ask which Zoom actions are available for your connected account. A catalog listing alone does not establish support for every feature.

    Try a small task

Start with a permitted read-only task in Zoom. Confirm the account and record before requesting a change.

    Verify the result

Check the resulting record in Zoom. If an action is unavailable, use the provider directly or contact support.

    Connect, check and recover

    1. Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar on Cole's Integrations page. Open Integrations.
    2. Confirm the account name and read the requested permissions. Connect only an account you are authorized to use.
    3. Try a small read-only request, inspect its source, then review any proposed change and its destination.

Read the guide to accounts, approvals, costs and completion.

    FAQ

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar on Cole's Integrations page. Confirm the account identity and requested permissions.

Cole does not join Zoom meetings for customers right now. With your Google or Microsoft calendar connected, Cole tells you when your next Zoom meeting is and reminds you before it starts. Review the provider's consent screen or API credential scopes. Access depends on the connected account and the requested action. See /security and /privacy for processing and access information.

Check the account shown in Integrations. Connecting one account does not authorize another. If multiple-account selection is unavailable for this connector, contact support before continuing.

Confirm the account, permissions and connection status. If a write request times out, inspect the destination before retrying: a timeout does not prove the action failed.

Cole includes 150 one-time credits to try the product. Tasks consume credits; ongoing use and features depend on your plan. Your Zoom subscription or provider charges may be separate. See /pricing and your Billing page for current details.
