    Cole can use SharePoint through the app connection, for example to find a document in a site you can open. Each action runs on your own SharePoint account. Not every SharePoint action has been tested with Cole, so check the first result in SharePoint.

    Ask which SharePoint actions are available for your connected account. A catalog listing alone does not establish support for every feature.

    Try a small task

    Start with a permitted read-only task in SharePoint. Confirm the account and record before requesting a change.

    Verify the result

    Check the resulting record in SharePoint. If an action is unavailable, use the provider directly or contact support.

    Connect, check and recover

    2. Confirm the account name and read the requested permissions. Connect only an account you are authorized to use.
    3. Try a small read-only request, inspect its source, then review any proposed change and its destination.

    Review the provider's consent screen or API credential scopes. Access depends on the connected account and the requested action. See /security and /privacy for processing and access information.

    Check the account shown in Integrations. Connecting one account does not authorize another. If multiple-account selection is unavailable for this connector, contact support before continuing.

    Confirm the account, permissions and connection status. If a write request times out, inspect the destination before retrying: a timeout does not prove the action failed.
