    Connect Cole to Notion

After you connect Notion and share pages with the connection, Cole finds and sums up those pages and can create a page or update a record you approve. It only sees the pages you shared.

Try it: "Sum up the project page I shared and propose an action list. Show me before you change the page."

    How Cole works with Notion

    Read and find

Find accessible pages through a supported Notion connector.

    Prepare work

Summarize a page Cole has permission to read.

    Act and verify

Create a page or update supported records using the actions exposed by the connection.

    Connect, check and recover

    1. Connect from the Notion entry on Cole's Integrations page, then share the pages Cole should see with the connection. Open Integrations.
    2. Confirm the account name and read the requested permissions. Connect only an account you are authorized to use.
    3. Try a small read-only request, inspect its source, then review any proposed change and its destination.

    Example request

Summarize the project page I shared with the connection and propose an action list. Show the draft before updating the page.

    Check the result

Open the target page or record and compare its contents and properties with the approved change.

    Limits and recovery

A successful connection does not grant access to every page in the workspace. Database property types and the available action schema constrain updates.

For a missing page or permission error, share the correct page with the integration. Confirm the record before retrying a creation request.

Read the guide to accounts, approvals, costs and completion.
