    Connect, check and recover

    1. Connect from the Gmail card on Cole's Integrations page, or ask Cole in chat. Each person connects their own mailbox. Open Integrations.
    2. Confirm the account name and read the requested permissions. Connect only an account you are authorized to use.
    3. Try a small read-only request, inspect its source, then review any proposed change and its destination.

    Find invoices from last week in my connected work Gmail and draft a summary. Do not send it yet.

    Check the result

    Compare the summary with the source messages. For an approved send, inspect Sent mail and the recipient before retrying.

    Limits and recovery

    Connecting one Google account does not connect every mailbox you own. Check the email address shown in Integrations; do not assume a request switched accounts.

    If the account is missing or authorization expired, reconnect the intended mailbox and repeat a read-only search first.

    After you connect your own Gmail, Cole searches your mailbox, sums up threads and drafts replies. It sends an email only after you have reviewed the recipients and the wording.

    Reading messages requires mailbox read access; sending needs a send permission. The Google consent screen lists the exact scopes for the selected connection. Workspace administrators may restrict approval.

    Connecting one Google account does not connect every mailbox you own. Check the email address shown in Integrations; do not assume a request switched accounts.
