How does Cole know when to follow up?+
Cole monitors all your active conversations and tracks who owes a reply. You can set default wait times (e.g., follow up after 3 days) or let Cole use smart timing based on the conversation's urgency and the other person's typical response patterns.
Can I review follow-ups before they are sent?+
Yes. You can configure Cole to send follow-ups automatically, or to draft them and wait for your approval. Most users start with approval mode and switch to automatic once they trust the quality.
Does Cole follow up across different channels?+
Yes. If you started a conversation on email and the person is more active on Slack, Cole can follow up on the channel most likely to get a response - with your permission.
How many follow-ups will Cole send?+
You control this. Set a maximum number of follow-ups per thread (e.g., 3 attempts over 2 weeks) and Cole respects those limits. After the last attempt, it flags the thread for your attention.
How much does follow-up automation cost?+
